the worst service ever!! I've talked on the phone with a girl named Karina and schedule on Saturday to come see two bedroom apartments ,even though I needed one bedroom . she said it won't be available beggining of next month so I said okay I want to come anyway to check the place.. we arrived on Saturday Karina wasn't even there . a girl named Leslie told us that she's really sorry but the one bedroom is already taken, I asked her how come nobody told us and could save us the time that we... wasted comimg.. she wasnt much help , she had attitude from the moment we stepped in. We left and then decided to come back to check the two bedroom apartments.. this time Leslie wasn't available so the lady who took care of us name Veronica she was very nice and friendly.. and suddenly she told us that there is one bedroom available on middle of November, we said okay we would like to get a tour even in the two bedroom just to see how the place look like.. she said Leslie just went for lunch for 1 hour and she is (veronica) by herself in the office so she can't show us the place. We said okay soo we scheduled another tour for Monday at 5 p.m... Veronica told us that they work until 6 p.m.. Me and my husband arrived on 5 p.m. exactly on Monday we both left work early just to make it on time, Veronica wasn't even there. And this girl Leslie was sitting there staring at us.. she asked what we need so we told her that we scheduled appointment to see the place.. she said sorry it's too late we finished with the tour for today.. at this point I was about to lose my mind but I didn't, I asked her if she serious because this is the second time that they doing something like that to us.. she said okay okay imma show you. Like shes doing me a favor and is not her job anyway!! She asked for an id .. , at this point i realized that all the comments here talking about things like that are actually true! And that i dont wanna live in a place where om getting treated like.. Soo i told her you know what ? Nvm. Turned around and left.. and deff not coming back. I was soo excited about this place .. but all happens for a reason. And this girl leslie need to go somewhere and learn customer service and communication..

Big Changes Continue to Happen
I moved into Sundance Village in 2014 and the place was (to say the least) a dump. As of this year though big improvements have taken place. Ever since Stout property management has taken over this place is becoming better and better. Before the leasing office personnel behaved more like correction officers in a prison when ever I requested maintenance and the maintenance would rarely show up. Now I walk into the leasing office and there is actually life. People are playing pool and working out... in the gym. The playground has been cleaned up and the property is being painted. When I have a maintenance request it is filled instantly. Two ladies really stuck out to me the most, Lily and Vikki. These two wonderful women always seem to make sure every guests needs are taken care of and most importantly they are friendly and treat every tenant like a guest. Thank You for all your hard work.

Only live here if you have to
have lived here in this complex for the last year. It was the only place that would take us in the timeframe we had to move in. The roaches were so bad when we moved in that they tried to charge me rent. The. We reported it to the office and they came to spray once a week till they were gone. The Oven did not work when we moved in it took them 2 weeks to replace it. The cieling fan was falling off. They did respond to that rather quickly. On small simple things responce time was great. On... thanksgiving we had a flood from our. Upstairs neibor took me 7 hours to get ahold of someone and the voicemail was all in spanish. It took them 2 months to solve the problem and repair the cieling. The ceiling repair was the worst Ive ever seen. When I confronted the matinance superviser asking if they were going to be replacing all the moldy drywall he told me there was no mold. I used a mold test from work and it came back positive in half the time it usually takes. The carpet in the bedroom doesnt even reach the wall. There is only 1 smoke alarm battery operated only. Goes off anytime you turn the stove on. Almost no kitchen counter space. There is laundromat on site. The dryers dont work. The pool was only open 2 weeks in the last year. Kids throw rocks constantly. Broke my back window on my truck. Cops and ambulance here every day. Have people coming up to my patio trying to sell me stolen food and other things.... When our lease was coming due we got a a 2 week notice they were raising the rent almost $200. We wanted to lookaround before signing a new lease with them and we got served a 30 to vacate..... Was also just notifies that the we are not getting any of the $700 deposit back though the apartment is in the same condition it qas when we moved in. DONT RENT HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE
