This place has steadily gone downhill since I moved here in June of 2019. At first any issues I had were handled relatively promptly; window was broken by some teenagers, was fixed in 48 hours. Fridge stopped cooling; was fixed the next day. But in the last 3 years under the newer regime of management things have gotten worse and worse. A/C goes out in July; takes A WEEK to fix properly even after I went to maintenance with the issue fully troubleshot, they wanted to try the easy fixes first.... But charging the Freon in a 25 year old unit doesn’t fix a fully frozen coil inside.
In April this year, my dishwasher stopped cleaning dishes and was growing what I suspected to be black mold inside. Sent pictures and everything to management but the first maintenance guy only ran a cleaner chemical through and said “it’s fixed”. I pulled a 2”x2”x2” cube of whatever that black matter was out of my washer and took it with me to the office. That finally got me approval to get a new washer (which took a week)
And now, my final straw: my washing machine has been broken since last Saturday night. I called Sunday morning but the office was closed (new regime has slashed open hours drastically) so I put it through as an emergency. Since then my request has been kicked down the road every day despite my constant complaints that I am literally washing clothes in the bathtub in order to not be a health issue at work. Day after day I’m told “tomorrow” except today, Friday. Instead of getting it fixed over the weekend I have to wait until Monday.
Once this lease is up I will not be here any more. I will find a place that cares about its residents enough to give them the quality of life they make it seem like you’ll have when touring.
Pay the extra money. Go elsewhere. This place isn’t worth what they charge.

DON’T DO IT.
This apartment is an absolute nightmare. When we first moved in in August of 2022, the man that lived across from us was evicted. When he left, it took management 30 days to clean his apartment out, and another 2 weeks to bomb the unit. The guy was a hoarder and had roaches BAD. In the two weeks between them cleaning his unit out and bombing it, the roaches made their way into not only our unit but the surrounding units as well. We had to complain so many times when they finally bombed the whole... building. It didn’t even matter because the roaches came back. German roaches are nearly impossible to get rid of. Then WE were blamed and sent a passive aggressive email about roaches for leaving ONE trash bag outside our front door for ONE night. We live upstairs and were going to bring it to the dumpster when we left the following day. On top of that, we were forced to renew our lease because we couldn’t afford to move, so we asked for a new stove that wasn’t broken. The one we have is so old and outdated that only one burner works correctly and the oven burns almost everything we try to make because it runs so hot regardless of temperature. Pretty sure that could be labeled as a fire hazard. But the property manager basically threw my boyfriend out and said no. The dishwasher doesn’t open all the way unless you’ve got the refrigerator open as well. And if that’s not enough, our AC has gone out twice, one of which I got home at night with my toddler and my apartment was 95°. Unlivable conditions in the middle of summer in Vegas. You would think that would count as emergency maintenance but apparently not. We had to wait until the next day to get that fixed, and spent the remainder of the night trying to keep my child cool enough to sleep. The problem is that when we were moving in, management seemed so nice and reliable. But after we moved in and started having problems, it was like a switch flipped. I guarantee that you’d be better off somewhere else. Do yourself a favor and don’t live here. Ever.

Not great.
Overall terrible experience. The female General Manager is immediately rude without provocation. Swimming pool only opens when employees choose to show up for work. The management is responsible for defacing my vehicle & will not clean it. Water is shut off very often. The staff is great but the General Manager is highly unprofessional

Love it!
I moved in with some roommates about a year ago, and we all love it! If there's ever an issue with the apartment (A/C, water, etc), you can just call the office and someone is almost always available the same day. Rent isn't bad, and it's close to the Strip, which is really convenient for my roommates who work at the hotels! I would definitely recommend this place. :)
