It was great when I first moved here a couple of years. Jasmine was the property manager and she was awesome. There was regular security, the property was well maintained and clean and it was a great value for the price. Now, the property is getting more run down, it’s not cleaned as often or as well as it used to be, it doesn’t feel very safe (partly because there’s no security on site anymore) and the rent prices keep rising significantly. If we’re being offered less, why are our rents going... up? I won’t be renewing my lease once it’s up.

Dear Resident,
Thank you for your feedback. We are surprised by the allegations in your review. I would like to clarify that many of the issues are not correct.
The building has had security cameras since its opening (inside and around the... building), there is a bi-weekly scheduled cleaning service, and we have a daily security service on-site during non-business hours.
Our Leasing Office had even sent a security dispatch flyer to all residents for any after-hours emergency and this contact information is posted on the community bulletin board.
Also, through the resident portal, all residents are able to request repairs and send notifications to management regarding the building or any other problem.
At the Betty-Jeanne we continue to work hard to provide an excellent resident experience and we are sorry to hear you might not want to renew your lease. Please let us know if we can be of help of any kind during the remainder of your stay here.

run!!!!!!!!!!!
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! There is crack heads all around the apartment I’ve lived here for a year and the mail boxes have gotten broken into 2 time there is creepy neighbors and one of them broke into the 1st and third floor breaker box’s. Please stay away
