I have waited quite an impatient while to give this "new" property management company, that has been in place since roughly June 2021, an opportunity to make the things that have been wrong right. After our initial experience early this summer of calling the front office to leave a voicemail that was never answered for our AC that was completely out of service. We had to have a company come out and fix it ourselves after we got no response during a day that it was 110°. And now the straw that... broke the camel's back... This is the third day this month that we have had our water turned off. The last 2 days, November 18th & 19th, we were told our water would be off from 8AM - 5PM both days. And so far, both days we have been without water well after 6:30PM and even later this evening so far. I understand that things break and need repair. However, that does not justify the lack of communication that consistently takes place with this "new" property management company. A simple email update notifying folks of progress goes a long way. To add to our frustration, they seldom answer their phones, when you have to show up at the office you are asked to come back because they are either on lunch or busy. People are being charged for services that are seldom provided such as trash service, which folks now have become fed up and started leaving their trash cans outside, which then in turn causes bugs and birds making a mess on the landings. The care of this property has gone downhill with each new property management company. And the excuse of being under "new" management is not working because they have now been here for roughly 5 months. If you have options for moving into a different property over this one, please do so. It will save you a lot of anxiety and frustration for the money you are spending just have have somewhere to call "home".

Give it zero stars if I could
I couldn’t name one positive thing about this place. Horrible “renovations,” maintenance is a joke, add your rent plus another $150 in fees, a tunnel runs right through the apt so all the tunnel people are always on the property. No security, and lots of break ins. Please look else where there are better apt out there I promise.

read the lease with a fine tooth comb
I wish I had never moved here.
The gate system in itself is enough to make me want to move out. good luck ordering delivery or trying to get in where there are 3 people waiting for one person to get the gate open from their poor fob system.
All the counters and construction are awful. and everything is poorly fixed. Outlets don't work in most rooms, holes from previous tenants are barely covered correctly, the kitchen does not even have large enough cabinets to hold pots and pans along with... a slew of other issues. Not to mention that I have maintenance in there once a week because the dishwasher NEVER works.
The base rent DOES NOT include water, trash, sewer, pest control and admin fees. So whatever you think you'll be paying, tack on another $200 after all their other fees.
Best part about it is that the maintenance crew actually shows up quickly which you will need if you choose to live here because everything breaks.

Hello Resident, Great News!! The Edmond at Hacienda is now apart of the ConAm family of communities. We strive to provide excellence in every aspect of apartment home living. We're so sorry that you've had such a negative experience at The Edmond... prior to our arrival. You'll be happy to know that we have installed a brand new gate system that maintains the gates closed with controlled access, 24 hours a day, and we have recently implemented a highly secure fob system to eliminate the use of universal codes. We ask that all of our amazing residents stop by our leasing center to register their vehicles and update their contact information. We're delighted to meet all of our new residents, and can't wait to help turn this one-star review into a five-star review. Please feel free to contact our leasing office at anytime, we're here to help!

Very rude and very unprofessional office staff
This place is a joke. They tell you everything is renovated but not all. The restrooms are old and they just pint them to looks better. The floor wood it doesn’t exist because they use plastic cover to looks like wood. They don’t like kids and they don’t have a kids area where they can play. They have a pets area and that one is in the side next to the street and is dirty. They charge extra money for valet trash and they have to pick it up every week to times but sometime they don’t show up for... 10 days. In general this place don’t deserve 1 star but 0 star. Stay far from this complex and don’t even think to move here if you want your life to be Unstressful from this people they work here. Take care

Bad move out experience
I took my review off, because sadly when I moved out, it was also the same day it was my last day as an employee, and I'm extremely disappointed that as a former employee of 2 years, I get taken advantage of like this, there is absolutely no integrity! I was charged 340 for supposedly "pet damages" to the carpet, yet when I moved in the carpet (at least 3-5 years old) had no beauty bar to hold the carpet down, and it was stiff of how old it was and how many times it was washed over and over... again, and the vinyl had a long line across the living of how old it was that the glue that held it down wore off, and was glued back down when i notified the office( this tells you how long that same vinyl and carpet was in the apartment). In regards to the carpet and the "pet damages" I only had my pet for the last month of living there, and my bedroom doors were ALWAYS closed, my pet was NEVER allowed in the rooms, for the reason that i did not want my pet to pee or poo on the carpet. I was very cautious and considerate because i worked for the company and so did my fiancé, and we both know the standards and expectations & wanted to avoid this very situation that we are in now! We spent so much time on the last day of having possession of our apartment and literally showed up to the office dripping in sweat of how hard i worked on cleaning the apartment, and left it literally cleaner than when I actually moved in (baseboards broken, outlet cover broken and on the floor, guest bathroom tub clogged and washer always leaking, dry rice and cat hairs all over the kitchen cabinets are drawers) but I tried to be understanding because they were busy and Daniel the maintenance supervisor was out on vacation, I tried to be considerate of them. Always thankful for Daniel, who always was there for us and my review for him i will NEVER take back, but after this horrible experience, I am so hurt that this was done to me, and so disappointed in Sharilyn and Vernetta for acting this way. This is so unethical and unfair, and no remorse at all was shown, as soon as I was no longer a resident, they stoped caring and they just don't put themselves in your shoes, because if this was them, they would feel as upset and betrayed as I do! The saddest part is that even IF that carpet was immaculate, they are still going to rip that carpet apart because they are renovating the apartment!
