Moving here was a bad experience for me and I’m just being completely honest the apartment has bugs and was not cleaned it needs to be repaired from the last tenant but the office is helping me get things right.

Great place to live!


I have lived at The Layne, formerly the Palms at Peccolle Ranch, for five years, and this property management team is the best we've ever had. When Ms. Dee and her team arrived, they faced many challenges from the prior management but have made remarkable improvements.

The staff is always eager to help and has worked hard to foster a true sense of community. They organize monthly socials, partner with local food trucks, and encourage donations. They've also introduced a user-friendly app that...
helps residents build credit.

Laura, Susy, Dina, and Dee's responsiveness and professionalism have transformed The Layne into a beautiful place to live. A special thanks to Tony, who ensures everything runs smoothly. Thanks to this exceptional team, The Layne thrives as a vibrant community.

My experience at the Layne has been above expectations. My primary reason for renting here is the proximity to the park/disc golf course which I walk every day. Once I made that decision, I was impressed by how smoothly everything went and the helpfulness/responsiveness of the staff. That includes the maintenance professionals as well as the front office.
