Good reviews/ there employers

If they have any good reviews they're from employers in the office. A office That's supposed to close at 5:00pm but close at 4:30pm everyday. When asking why do you close so early everyday I need my packages from Ups Deliveries. Response back From the manager was she has to make it to the bank every day. You'll be needing repairs every other day due to Maintain half doing their jobs. The rent there is to high to even deal with half of the issues you have to deal with there. For example....... moved there in December 2016 And so far I witness 5 scorpions living with my family of four, husband & two little girls 6& 9. They had Pest control come out twice for my apartment once in January and the following Incident was in February 2017. This last time I just couldn't take it anymore when asking do they keep records... office manager has no record of me calling at all for pest control. I asked the question because She was insinuating it was my fault for not letting them know ahead of time about the issue. This office staff stay no longer for 2 months at a time always a new staff. So of course theirs no record I've called I understand. But don't put that blame on the resident. They have Pest control come out every other Wednesday. They will need them to come out every week-in order to have control of them things. I had to break my lease Because I was told they couldn't have no one come out to my place until the next following week when I seen 1 on my wall the last time before I evacuated. Don't waste your time

Trellis Park @ Cheyenne

I've lived in this community for 15 months. I just recently signed another 15 month lease because I feel like as far apartments in this area that I need to be in in Las Vegas, I probably won't find much better overall. I haven't had any issues with the maintenance and management staff here. They are all very friendly and attentive. They are always willing to accommodate. The only problems I've had is the time it has taken for maintenance to do outside maintenance such as replacing outside... light bulbs or blowing leaves and debris out of hallways. When fixing or maintaining any requests for inside my unit they have been extremely efficient. I would also say these apartments are a little pricey for the location which is not the best yet it is definitely not the worst area. I've very rarely seen any police or illegal activity in the neighborhood but I have seen the property security almost every evening. The community is small, every unit has all upgraded appliances that have been extremely reliable. Layouts are very functional. Nieghbors are cordial but the community is not very tight nit although most have lived here a long time.Everyone seems to keep to themselves. It's very convenient if you do not have a vehicle, there is a grocery store, dollar store and drug store within 200 ft. The 2 closest communities are senior living therefore it is very quiet. Residents are very respectful of the accommodations such as the gym which is small but has all equipment needed to maintain fitness, the computer as well as the gym are extremely clean and always cool in temperature. The pool and pool area is always clean and never over crowded. The 2 areas for dogs are small but well maintained. All my guests that I have had over have enjoyed their experience here also. Overall 5 out 5 stars.

From The Midwest to Vegas!

Moving from the Midwest we weren't sure where to go or what to look for! As soon as we found Trellis Park it was simple to say we needed to look no further! This place has a beautiful, clean pool area, nice hot tub, clean and upgraded property, and a nice fitness center! The apartment itself is actually very well kept and clean. I keep stressing clean because it is so important to me when looking for a home! The staff is VERY friendly and accommodating and the prices are great for this area!... They have security at night and it is very safe and the neighbors are all friendly! Best of all there is ALWAYS somewhere to park! I love it here and will be renewing my lease!

My piecce of Paradise

My girlfriend and I moved in not knowing the area too well, we just saw this place by driving by! We fell in love with the entire complex when we took the tour and knew this was the place! Beautiful pool and hot tub, great area, very safe and always clean! Super friendly staff and GREAT PRICES!!! Neighbors are all friendly and this place accepts pets too! The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious! Very upgraded and clean! I live in a one bedroom and it's an open floor plan with a lot of... closets and storage! We are more happy than ever!!! We plan on staying a while!! Also the location is great, not too close or far from the strip, and also near lots of shopping and dining choices!

Loud music

Good price and good location. Our apt came with a washer/dryer and offered a short term lease which was what we needed. Lots of loud music in cars pulling up and last Sunday morning at 8:35 a guy was just sitting out in his car listening to really loud rap music for the next half hour. So much for sleeping in!
