Management terrible

Don't move here unless you want disrespectful management , especially if your name is Jennifer. They will not accept rent, an there laundry mat is a disaster. Very disrespectful place to live .

Eh

It's been bad; area's unsafe, scorpions in the sink and shower, garbage disposal doesn't work, there's roaches, spiders, crickets, every single bug native to the Mojave desert has been inside my apartment, they do their leaf blowing at 9am by my window. Its cheap but I don't walk anywhere, the area is garbage. I've come home to drug deals, sketchy people staking out, homeless dudes camping across the street, pretty sure there's been gunshots within the complex. Only gave 2 stars instead of 1... because the new manager seems like she can change the place for the better.

Villa del sol apartment

When we start moving in last 4 years ago it was nice and smooth living.year 2015 it's getting congested ang the maintenance is getting worst

It serves.

This apartment has recently initiated a new rental policy that I believe is contrary to all rental tradition. They are now prorating utilities, charging odd mail-billed monthly amounts based on apartment size and number of occupants, and to add insult to injury, they charge each of us an additional monthly billing fee. So we now pay about $10 more then the agreed-on figure. Give me a break! This place has recently obtained a very good maintenance man (unlike his predecessor) and the manager is... so-so. An example of poor management: the pool was locked on July 4th this year! And we usually have to walk to the office multiple times to find it unlocked.
This place has nice trees, fair lawns, adequate parking, and the architecture is at least interesting. The lounge area is locked most of the time and there is a fitness room, also locked. (These are more for show than for use.)
The one bedroom unit we have has large rooms and a good sized outdoor deck, which we appreciate. We have had to tweak many of the objects here to obtain proper use: door fit and function, faucets, stove knobs, patio sliding door, others. All in all, it serves, and after three years here, we will not be sad to see it go in another few months.
