I really appreciate the caring of the maintenance team hear for during one of the service calls while I was napping they came in here in my apartment and noticed right away of the gas smell in which they found the leak and took care of the problem immediately. The leak was coming from the fixture behind the dryer. I really appreciate their quick act for that could have been a very bad ending of my life if they hadn't respond at the moment that they did. If you need a place to live I recommend... this place very highly.

Villas 6300 is a beautiful community, and a convenient part of town. Rent is reasonable and each apartment is beautiful. They do their best to make each apartment for like home and each resident feel important.

I have just been here 2 weeks as from the day of this review so take that into consideration. So far management has been cordial, prompt in their responses, excellent. My apartment is very clean and I do my best to maintain it that way. No roaches and bugs. Some of apt appliances were out of order but was resolved as soon as I reported it.
Just as we are keen on giving negative feedback when management is terrible, we should be eager to give the praises when they do their job properly. Kudos to... the management at villas at 6300. I love it here so far.

I have a wrong statement from October with a pending balance that I paid I have the paper from Walmart that zi paid unfair charge from rental insurance that I have since the day I moved here. Then I had to pay $180.00 and no review! Becouse is all about the Villas !! What about a gate open 24 hours?
