Been here for 5 years the management sucks very disrespectful!!! the ants have taken over the place I feel sad for those that don't have a pet like myself!! the Pets can pee and poop wherever they want when it rains it smell very very bad!! brought this to her attention she said there's nothing that can be done they have to mark their territory. Would have moved years ago however I didn't pay my rent on time so they locked me out when I did try to move come to find out I had an eviction on my... name for the apartment that I'm still currently living in took a while dealing with the courts to get that eviction off being they half stepped and didn't let the court know that I paid my rent within 3 days to get back in my unit it's just not worth it. There's only one way in & out no where for company to park. And parking on the street a lot of accidents and cars have been hit over my time of being here. Every winter sucks the driveway gets very very icy everyone gets stuck and can't get out.

Management is very unprofessional and rude. They are disordered, its complicated to get anything fixed or repaired. Pest control eapecially for ants around here are never on time or dont make it at all.....management refuses to change companies...... when my lease is over I am moving asap! Not only because i hate ot here but....management sucks so bad do not live here.... Fyi they turn the heat off for 4 mos out the year and there's no laundry facility on site nor a dishwasher

One bedroom w/stairs and large ants
Apartment close to convention center, very affordable, loud on weekdays and weekends. Have big speed bumps, but some unnoticeable due to paint rare off and are black like the rest of the cement. Inside the house is design lovely, upstairs is one bedroom and bathroom. When i first move in, was not clean will, carpet was torn. Also the Heater does not work and the realty and i been playing phone tag for awhile, now my lease is almost over on November, this is not good due to having my 2 year old... in the apartment and it snows here and gets really cold like touching ice. Night times you will have ants, size of an inch, creeping in, so watch where you walk at night because they will bit, good thing they don't go upstairs where the room are at. This is my experience and review of my apartment.
