My husband and I stayed in a one bedroom here for seven months. The management was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful, in fact, I have never had to deal with managment and office staff as unprofessional as this one. The biggest problem was that our carpet smelled of cat urine, human urine, and smoke the entire six months. We asked the managment to fix the carpet, and all they did was have us move all of our furniture into the kitchen and bathroom and have their carpet crew come and spray down... the carpet padding as well as the carpet, which did nothing to relieve the smell of the urine. When our six month contract came up, we went to the office to give them notice a month in advance, and we were told that they required two months advanced warning. So, even though we were both jobless at the time and were planning on moving, we were required to pay for an additional month. Upon moving out, we were charged $66 more than our deposit to have them clean the carpet and do a light cleaning on the apartment, which is the first time this has ever happened to us (we have lived in five other apartments prior to this one). We are very clean with no pets or children and were shocked to receive the statement in the mail. Selmi Drive is also very busy at night and will keep you up if you live close to the street and you are a light sleeper. Although the rates are lower and it seems like a great deal, I would never recommend living here to anyone. Choose another apartment complex!

Good environment, area is good and so is the maintenance. The complex is quite during the night, and during the day children play and traffic is not to busy,very responsive apartment management.
