And I have lived at Enclave 50 for three years now. The first year was great, the building was new and the neighbors were friendly. The second year it started to go downhill, the hallways smell like weed constantly. This year, I’m guessing with Covid they lowered the price of rent to get more people in and it has completely gone downhill. It’s loud, the people living above me blast music and video games late into the night, the hallways also have trash laying around and the people living here... are rude. I will definitely not be renewing my contract with them and moving out as soon as possible.
