I've been in my building managed by benart for nearly 3 years now . I feel I’m in good hands. Had to reach out to them on the phone a few times. The last time, they were curt with me but they get the job done even if they don’t give you a long phone call or email. I do wish that they would set up a system for packages but admit it’s probably too difficult. I used to be on Clinton, Saxon, Brook, third Avenue. So, since pandemic, too much traffic so I dislike driving, so it’s super convenient for... me since train is there and easy access to street parking, or private lot or garages which is amazing especially for the location. I am a fan of online payment option and electronic leases too.

We are residents and still reside since 1998
My wife and I lived here prior to 1998. We transferred to another apartment around 2005. We would not have stayed here since 1998 or transferred to another apartment if we both didn't value Bay Shore Manor. Is everything perfect, no. But the property gives us pleasure, warmth, smiles, nature, a great feeling every time we come home. The property manager is fair, caring, reasonable, the PM practically lived here 3 or 4 months. They perform repairs and upgrades every year, whether it's lighting,... parking lots, garages, carpet, cameras, landscaping.

These apts are in terrible condition and dirty. The rent is cheap for a reason, you’re gonna regret moving here…

So far so good!
Leased 1 bedroom for Jan 15th. Elvy is great. Rubie is also so nice. Great team. I have a 2nd floor apt overlooking beautiful trees, shrubs, grass, sky, sun. The view is so serene calming, charming classic layout. Radiator heat was a bit over heated. We cracked a window for a little air. The indoor garages are wonderful & easy. The dumpsters are slightly inconvenient for garbage but the plus side is there are no incenarator garbage room so clean. Hallways were prestine when I moved in but then... snow ice melt made them messy. They said they usually vacuum once a week. So far so good!

Nice community
Super bright lights. The light above the door is a really nice addition. I'm really enjoying the new cameras in the parking lot as well as the new signs. Laundry rooms look so much better. Ed, is such a great super. Thanks for the cleaning the leaves and grass until 10pm before Thanksgiving and Christmas. I'll never forget it!
