There is an office area located off of the main living area. The kitchen is fully outfitted with anything needed to cook meals. Appliances include a dishwasher, full-size fridge with water and ice dispenser, full-size gas stove with oven, microwave with a fan that vents outdoors and a Keurig coffee machine. There is a stacked washer and dryer inside the apartment as well. The apartment has heated tile floors throughout and two Fujitsu split AC/heat units with one in the bedroom and one in the living area. The bedroom has a full size closet with a full size chest of drawers. There is a second closet in the living space, large enough to store luggage, coats, shoes and more. Meter room by the entrance to the apartment can store a bike or scooter.

Cleaning fee of $200 will be collected with the last month’s rent payment. Note that the security deposit will be required upfront in order to reserve the apartment availability. The deposit is refundable up to 30 days prior to the beginning of the stay. If the potential tenant cancels the stay after that time, the deposit will only be refundable if a new tenant is secured for the same dates. If tenant stays in apartment during the agreed term, the security deposit will be refunded provided that there are no damages to the apartment.
