Not a good place to stay the staff lies about everything
There apartment are not in a good shape they lie to you too get you in there. It had’s rat running around the place and the some carpet but not all the way threw they also paint the floors brown, and they also have the old style radiator that ever hardly get hot in the winter. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

close to local colleges
Great location for my room mate and I. He attends D'Youville and I attend ECC City Campus. Our rent includes all the utilities and parking. I can walk to the Amherst train station a block away and not have to deal with parking downtown. It's nice not to have to worry about parking tickets! Much better than dorming and much less expensive too!
