Dumpster is not large enough for 55 apartments. * Laundry areas are... dirty. * If there is a maintenance issue, be prepared to wait. * Managements response to most issues "I can't control people's lives"

As of April 1, 2022 Savarino Properties, LLC has taken over management of Ansonia Center and have added in key fob entrances, surveillance, weekly cleaning and 24/hr maintenance as well as all payments/maintenance requests to be done by residents... online to ensure reliability.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE
The landlord is a crook. People urinate and leave garbage in the hallways of the building. I had a huge leaking hole in my ceiling for 2 months without the landlord fixing it, even though he knew about it. Multiple packages of mine “went missing” although they were delivered to his office. He is the biggest liar and laziest landlord I’ve ever known. Only out to screw you over! I am needing to take him to small claims court just to get my security deposit it back.
