inconsiderate neighbors, rat problem, pot holes, laundry room machines are literally ripped apart by tenants, loud construction sight feet away, management is bad

Rat Problem
The area is really nice and the apartments are nice as well. They just have a HUGE rat problem OUTSIDE it’s a infestation I would reconsider before taking a apartment.

Very difficult to reach out to leasing office.
I want to rent this apt and gave a call to the leasing manger. Left my name and number on voicemail no one contact me back. After a week I went to this apt complex drove around but still could not find a leasing office. I asked couple of people where is the leasing office they dint know where it was.
