I am happy to have my own place and bathroom just minding my business. The overall experience is okey just couple mistakes from the office that stressed me out for no reason and the fact that it is really hard to get in touch with the manager making it hard to fix certain problems fast.but it is a nice and affordable place

Living at Monarch 716 has been a great experience so far! The amenities are top-notch, making it easy to feel at home and enjoy the space. From the fitness center to the common areas, everything is well-maintained and designed for comfort and convenience.
One thing that has truly stood out is the snow removal service—it’s been phenomenal. The team is always on top of it, ensuring that the property is safe and accessible, even during heavy snowfall.
While I’ve... had an issue with my individual mail key, I’ve been reassured that it’s being addressed. I appreciate the communication and will trust it will be resolved soon. Overall, Monarch 716 provides a great living environment, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed and comfortable place to live.

Its hard to get things fixed the hallways and stairs are dirty all the time for long periods of time and the office close with notice all the time
