Okay Apartments

Been here for going on 3 years. The area is beautiful, with Delaware Park and the Buffalo Zoo across the street. It's a 20min walk to Hertel Ave and an 8min walk to Main Street. Parkside Meadow restaurant, 7-Eleven and FairyCakes bakery are 2-3 minutes away and we're close to the I-98. There's laundry facilities on site and off-street parking. The rent is also a great price for the location but the hours for maintenance are inconvenient, 10am-2pm. The building is also old and could use some work... . I always get flies, stink bugs and bees coming through my closed windows during the spring and summer months. My tub has had issues since I moved in and I can hear people walking on the roof. The building has a lot of potential, but I guess you get what you pay for.
