The old management definitely had their issues. The new management since September has come in and really taken care of issues that have been neglected for a while and more recently. Great people to work with!

Not enough parking. No walk ways to parking lot have to go through grass and winter mud and snow on grass. I live on first floor apt. The floors upstairs are so creepy especially in the bedroom. If you are trying to sleep and people are waking around forget it. You can hear people talking. I have been forced to putting my bed in living room.
Please please heed my warning
