This building is cheaply made, only 1 parking spot (costs $50-75). The ac is always breaking, the gym isn’t the best, constant fire alarms and the doors do not work. I highly recommend living elsewhere.

Great complex awesome location
Looking for a place near UB North campus and this is perfect. I took a tour of the complex and love that they showed me all the options (studio, 1 bed and 2 bed). Great apartments and lovely people.
