Apartments are very nice, but the surrounding area not so much.
The apartments are nice so far, but the neighborhood is not so good. We had a couple of issues and they were addressed and taken care of in a timely manner. The building is very nice, parking is fine and the building Super is very nice. As far as "Luxury" I wouldn't go that far, but very nice. We do hear the train quite often. We are hoping that the city addresses the properties around us and makes them clean up. We are looking forward to riding our bikes on the bike path. Location is good and... the building is secure. We're hoping that perhaps they will make a little doggie area and put up a nice fence. So far we like it.
