The property is poorly maintained. You can see that from the outside of the building before you come inside. The super is nice and does his best. But management is notoriously nasty. If you need repairs, prepare to wait months for a fix. There are roaches and mice throughout. Management raises rent every year.

Ive lived here over 5 years. The management is the worst. The building is roach-infested, bed bug infested and falling apart. The management will take months to make repairs if ever. I'm trying to get out and would warn anyone not to rent here.

This is a residential area where the building location is the best. If you want clean, quite, beauty and nice restaurants this is the building to live in. The living quarters are very spacious, clean well kept all around. The balconies are large and great to sit out on in summer months. Overall great building, great staff and a wonderful area!
