The rooms are spacious, there are a lot of closets, and it is very clean. My apartment has brand new appliances and floors. It may be an older building, but it has been updated for modern living. The grounds are beautiful and secluded. The laundry, garbage, and recycling are convenient. Also, there is plenty of parking and my cat loves sitting on the wide windowsills watching renters walk their dogs and birds fly about. The manager is friendly, professional, and anticipated my questions. She... also followed up to offer assistance or answer questions- delightful.

I want out
Besides the fact the insulation is bad and the apartments are drafty, you will also have to put up with people who live above you who constantly stomp, drop heavy objects, won;'t stop moving their furniture, fight, etc.
