While we appreciate that you took the time to write a review, we must take issue with some of your comments. Thank you for acknowledging the architectural attractiveness of our buildings. However, it is completely untrue that management does not care... about tenants and only cares about money. GDC has been building in the Hudson Valley for over 60 years and has won numerous awards for customer service. We acknowledge that there were some issues with the HVAC system, as it was a new system that our staff needed to learn. They have now received professional training. It is a valid point that we should have done better right from the start, but this is a brand new community and sometimes there are growing pains. Having built thousands of homes, we know that sometimes things break down, especially with new construction, but we have a solid team that takes care of repair requests promptly. We did have to replace a property manager (once, not twice) and we now have a fantastic manager. We are not sure how you can criticize us for improving our team? We are very sorry that your experience has not been up to our standards. We believe that since this review was written we have made progress with our maintenance team learning how to better manage our HVAC system after receiving professional training... , which we acknowledge should have been done from the start. This is a new community and at times things do not go perfectly, but you have every right to expect better from us. We also had issues with our dryers that we believe has now been resolved. Our new property manager has been receiving excellent reviews from our tenants.
