Better than expected. Much better than most competitors within 15 miles...
Almost a year in residence (we were 2nd to move into the complex). Some growing pains while construction is finishing up, but we're still excited about the location, the appearance, the 2-car garage and driveway, the ultra-spacious basement, vaulted ceilings, the gas fireplace, brand new upscale appliances, terrific outside lighting, 1st-floor laundry room, and granite counter tops.
Minor maintenance tasks have been dealt with in a timely, professional manner.
