Run

Run. Run as fast as you can. Literally to anywhere else. Construction across the street begins at 3am (illegal) and the construction site is set to open FALL 2021. The building literally shakes. And the walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbors doing everything, upstairs and next to you. I’ve told management and nothing has changed. I’m exhausted. Not worth it, I promise you the rent is NOT worth it. I’ve been sleeping with ear plugs since I moved in. Oh and when I first moved in, the... apartment was gross, literal pee on the toilet seat, yellow sticky kitchen cabinets. And they would not cover a $100 cleaning charge… even though former tenants did not leave place clean. Management is not helpful.

Great Place to Live in the Heart of Downtown Ithaca

I rented a 1 bedroom apartment here throughout the pandemic in 2020 and was very happy with my stay in this building. Things that I loved included the very large windows, bathroom and kitchen and the proximity to The Commons. The property manager and leasing consultant, Kelsey and Carolyn, went above and beyond in responding to any questions that I had. I would still be there if I hadn't moved in with my boyfriend.
