I just finished my first year and I couldn’t be happier. The office staff are wonderful, the apartments are beautiful and updated and the ground are beautiful! They know my name when I walk into the office and I have met so many amazing people I now call friends. The pools, fitness center, social activities are a bonus!!!!!! I’m so happy I get to call this place home.

The apartment’s are so outdated, the draft that comes through the windows blows your curtains all year round. The staff is not very friendly to say the least, there is always something wrong with the laundry rooms… you can’t even pay rent online. Don’t waste your time or money. I should have listened to people

This place is so outdated its not even funny. When I say this I mean the structure of the buildings, appliances including themostates made from the 1990's no joke. Everything is made out of wood which means you can hear your neighbors above you and below you. Talking, walking, yelling you name it. You should see when your neighbors are Watching Tv or playing music..goodluck get some ear plugs. Dont get me wrong the neighborhood is not bad and quiet but its the living thats terrible. Maintenance... rarely fixes anything thats if they ever show up and Management is a joke only cares about money. I'm pretty sure you read other negative reviews about this place but from experience, try to avoid this place as much as possible. Your Welcome

You can hear neighbors BADLY and if you get lucky like us you have forty year olds who run around like children at all hours. so inconsiderate. Management doesn’t care.
