Don’t be fooled by the pictures. Buildings are dirty and poorly maintained. Black Mold in all buildings. Crappy appliances that don’t work properly, plumbing issues, electrical issues. Property owners refuse to fix, they’d rather slap a cheap band aid over it and lure the next victim in. Save yourself the money and frustration and rent from somewhere that isn’t a health and safety hazard.

Maintenance
I hope nobody has to use maintenance because you will have to wait several hours to get anyone to your apartment and call multiple times. This has happened both times we needed them urgently and I have only been here a month. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Owners are super greedy & shady
These apartments are nothing like they are advertised and definitely not worth what they want you to pay for them. Everything is outdated, mold above showers. Very poorly maintained.
