Chic and homey

Related's Tate apartment in west Chelsea is a chic modern building with a homey feel. The staff are always warm and welcoming. The amenities are well maintained and issues are dealt with in a very timely fashion. It's a great place to live in a thriving area next to the Highline.

Chelsea Lifestyle (with Closets to Match)

Built in 2002, The Tate now ranks among some of the more mature luxury condominiums that sprouted up following the completion of the second phase of the High Line in 2011. The building is wonderfully maintained and boasts an exceptional staff (with long tenure). The units themselves feature large windows, lots of light on the south side, and unparalleled closet space versus immediate comps. A spacious roof deck, vibrant Chelsea art/food scene, and immediate access to Hudson River Park add to the... long list of Pros. Cons include: long walk to subway if commuting north/south; located on the edge of Flood Zone A, and emergency vehicle traffic on 23rd Street corridor.
