I lived here for two years, and while the location is great, that’s where the positives end. Parking is a nightmare, and aside from Edward, the management is terrible. You constantly have to fight for what’s right, and I was lied to multiple times. On top of that, their annual rent increases are outrageous. I wouldn’t recommend living here.

Please pay me to leave
I have never been more disrespected by a landlord in my life. The property managers gate keep the owners of PCD Development better than they manage the property. They are really going to ruin the reputation of this community and should ALL be fired. Employees are everything to a company and it appears they need a new HR. good luck until it changes I will continue to let the public know what I am experiencing.

Horrible New Manager
Rent here is very expensive and although the apartments are listed as “luxury” honestly they are just basic apartments ex: thin walls with low quality paint and basic fixtures etc. But either way they do look nice. I had a very smooth and easy experience applying and moving in thanks to the previous manager who I had the pleasure of meeting and working with. She was nice, accommodating, respectful and really just a pleasant person to talk to. She would always help and sometimes go out of her way... to make sure everything was taken care of. I had an issue with one of the vents and she immediately got it taken care of.
I never had a problem with her and as I was told neither did any of the other tenants I have spoken to. Even the maintenance crew had nothing but good things to say about her.
The problem is the new manager that was hired. She’s rude, unexperienced, sarcastic very unpleasant and lacks basic customer service skills. Oh and don’t expect your issues to be resolved in a timely manner as she simply does not seem to care. It is my knowledge that a few maintenance workers and even the assistant manager that was hired along with here ended up leaving because she was such an unpleasant person to work with. It’s unfortunate. High overpriced rent and on top of that a terrible manager ? No thank you. Hopefully they can hire someone more qualified if not I look forward to not renewing my lease. Many of the other tenants seem to feel the same way as well.

Horrible experience
I applied to meadow ridge and paid about $20 plus 3 other people also paid $20 each for the application fee. We called to see the progress of our application but was ridiculed by the workers and the manager. The worse thing we could have done was speaking to the manager. He told my brother to keep on wasting his time. Told him that we can’t be refunded and just kept on insulting my brother over the phone. You would think a manager would be more helpful and understanding but there’s no difference... between the workers and their manager. I really regret wasting my time to apply for their application and I regret all the money that was lost due to the process. I don’t usually write reviews but this experience was something that I can never forget and I hope it helps someone else in deciding were to leave in the future.
