I recently went on a tour at this property trying to find somewhere off campus as a SUNY Oneonta student. I toured with Hannah, and she showed me around the property. The building was so clean, and she explained every single amenity like the movie room, the outside areas, and this was all before I saw the actual apartment. The apartment was set up beautifully, and I was honestly blown away, with the in-unit laundry and the spacious bedrooms. I have plans to move in ASAP!

Hillside is home!
As a transfer I was dreading the thought of living on campus, I came onto apartments.com and that’s where I discovered hillside. Since moving in I’ve loved every minute here. From the gym, to the events hosted, hillside has been welcoming and a luxury. Every issue has been solved efficiently, and the staff is so kind and helpful. Hillside truly has risen past my expectations of an off campus apartment and I recommend this place to anyone hoping to live off campus at Oneonta!

Hillside Commons ROCKS!
I love living here! Between the shuttle to campus and downtown on weekends, the events that are hosted, the amazing staff, and the amenities that are offered (gym, movie room, pool/ping pong), I simply cannot choose a favorite. I already resigned, and I am so excited for another year at Hillside Commons!
