My boyfriend and I found the absolute perfect apartment here at Penfield Skyline! It is the perfect location, close to everything. You can also easily walk down to different restaurants and stores which has been really nice! It is a very quiet community and Alloco is very on top of maintenance requests and will send someone that day out to your apartment to help you with anything! The apartments are beautiful and newly renovated. Thank you to Alloco real estate management for all your help, we... absolutely love it here!

Great community
I have enjoyed living in my apartment for over 5 years now. If you enjoy getting out and about and immersing yourself in nature this is the place to be. Grocery stores, parks, and bars located at a convenient distance away. I couldn't be happier with the spacious apartment and large comfortable patio at an affordable price monthly. I recommend these apartments to anyone interested in getting the most out of their money.

Hidden Gem in Penfield
I had read some pretty negative comments about Penfield Skyline Apartments, most of which were several years old. However, the location and amenities were just what I was looking for and so I decided to make a visit and see for myself. I'm so glad I did! This place is absolutely amazing and is the best deal in Penfield! Most of the negative comments I'd read on line concerned noisy neighbors and the obvious smell of marijuana in the hallways. It turned out that these problems were limited to... one of the five buildings that make up the complex. A new management company took over several years ago, investigated all the complaints and evicted the tenants who were causing all the problems. Each building has 18 apartments on three floors and most of the tenants in my building have lived here for at least several years. The apartment I rented had had a single occupant for 26 years. When she passed away, the company did a total re-hab and two months after I'd first seen the apartment, I moved in to what amounted to as a brand new apartment, freshly painted and sparkling clean with new insulated windows that open horizontally with built in screens, a totally new bathroom, new tile flooring in the foyer, kitchen and bathroom and rand new carpeting throughout. My last apartment was a one bedroom, 650 square feet and cost nearly $1,000 a month. My current rent is $810 for a two-bedroom, 900 square foot unit on the second floor. The rent includes all utilities, except electricity. There is a huge veranda at one end of the living room/dining room accessed by a 96 inch wide sliding glass door covered by new vertical blinds. My neighbors have been wonderful - friendly, but never intrusive. My bedrooms overlook a heavily forested area that effectively hides the small access road that runs in front of the complex. All the buildings have small elevators, which have been a real blessing for a person like me who's had knee and back surgery. Rather than having to drag packages and groceries up the stairs, I merely walk down five stairs and right into the elevator. I park right in front of my apartment, in a newly created handicapped parking space. I had a list of nearly a dozen small tasks that I wanted done in order to make the apartment easier for me to navigate. I dropped a note detailing what I wanted done and the next day, the onsite handyman was there at my door and completed everything I requested in a few hours. I love my new home!
