We moved in 12/2020 and still live here currently. Honestly the space is amazing, LOTS of closets. HUGE living room and dining room area. The grounds are pretty clean. The staff are friendly and plowing is great. We moved in to a great clean space. Honestly we can't hear a THING from our other neighbors maybe some upstairs feet here and there but nothing wild. We really do like it here and honestly wish we could buy the unit.

Great place to live
I have lived here for 6 years and renewed the lease for the 7th year! The apartments are a great size with walk in closets and generous sized balconies. However, the best part of living here is a wonderful staff that takes care of all issues that arise promptly. It is truly a wonderful place to live.

Beautiful
I loved living here. The property is wonderful, the rentals are roomy and well maintained and it is close to everything.
Only drawbacks:
– No way to recycle. I appreciate the waste collection being included, but it always left me in a tough situation with recycling. What’s more, is I think a lot of residents just threw away recyclables :(
– You cannot have/use your own personal grill. There are ‘community’ ones (ew) but I love my propane grill.
– You’re at the mercy of whoever lives above... you. That is just par for the course in most renting situations, though. I rented a 3-BR unit and the people who rented above me were very inconsiderate. I mean, who likes vacuuming at 1am? Apparently, they did, and quite often.
Honestly, given the options locally, this is probably the best you can find. And honestly, the pros outweigh the cons.

Do not rent this place
Do not rent this place. I just moved out from this place. The unit I rent was not new at all. All of the stove, counter, sink, faucet and carpet showed stains. But they charge me for replacement of all those stuff before move-out. Also they charge me over $1300 for the carpet replacement since they noticed some very small stains. They charge me over $1619 before move-out. So they did not refund me the security deposit at all but charge me $300 more
