My neighbors got robbed, my cars been stolen, theres no maintenance when you need it. STAY AWAY!!

STAY AWAY!!!
This apartment complex is dangerous!!!
Police are called frequently! Windshields smashed; residents fighting; drugs....
Grounds are disgusting, broken walkways are filled with shopping carts. Published photos are not accurate!
After 6 plus - 911 calls - Fairfield has not responded to any calls/emails.

Fairfield Properties is installing beautiful Paving Stones to make up new walkways in addition to the recent replacement of all Exterior Lighting and Doors- behind those beautiful new doors, there are exciting renovations that include Stainless Steel Appliances, Granite Counter Tops and Flooring, Cherry Wood Cabinetry with Illuminating Under Cabinet Lighting. Soon to come will be Hallway Refreshing with new Wallpaper, Flooring and Lighting. The renovations to the exterior as well as to the interiors will hopefully be a source of pride to all who call The Pines East home.
