About the house: This is a cozy and warm 1 bedroom house for rent, on a quiet street conveniently located only 2 blocks away from the St. Paul Street exit of 104. You get the entire house, yard, and driveway to yourself.
The kitchen, dining area,... living room, and front entrance area are on the 1st floor; the bedroom and bathroom are on the 2nd floor. There is a back entrance that opens into the kitchen. The kitchen has lots of cupboards & drawers. The bedroom has a skylight.
In January 2025 new carpeting was installed in the bedroom & on the stairs, new linoleum was installed onto the kitchen floor, and new tile was installed onto the bathroom floor. Last year the inside and outside water service lines were both replaced with new polyethylene, so the water pressure is excellent.
There is a small locking storage shed for storing a shovel, rake, lawnmower, string trimmer, etc. The driveway fits 1 vehicle, and there is also plenty of street parking (the good kind which does not alternate).
All pics were taken within the last few days except for the one of the exterior, because of the snow.
