Great location, great price, very accommodating
I just moved in two weeks ago and have had a very pleasant and easy adjustment into Highland Bay. The leasing agent was very personable and efficient through the entire process, and has been very accommodating with any issues. The neighbors are quiet and polite, and the price for the area is very reasonable. Highland Bay is proving to be a great place to live.

highland bay sucks at monitoring storage units
highland bay management said they installed camera's in the basement to keep a watch out, but those so called cameras do not work. our storage unit has been broken into several time and they never catch the culprit and they do not want to replace the things that were taken. so if you think this is a safe place to move into, think again!
