Mountain Ln aparments USE to be nice until it was bought by PH Realty Capital. They do not ever answer the phone, email or text, don't take payment online (you have to send a physical check each month which they dont cash until 20 days later), and they rarely if ever do maintanence on the exterior of the apartment. They dont remove leaves, put down salt, plow, fix pot holes, or replace lights in the garages. Speaking of the garages - they are a safety hazard!! They are full of rotting wood which... frequently falls on your car if you park under it. The apartments were flipped so they look nice, but it is like paint on a pig. The furnishings are cheap and easily look worn. Mountain Lane is so poorly run it is laughable. Online they boost "full occupancy" and yet half of the apartments are mpty due to turn over. I DO NOT recommend this apartment to anyone.
I have lived here for about 4 years now and the apartments have cycled through management companies. The current management is nearly impossible to get ahold of, and when you do reach someone, it is rare that they follow through with any service requests, maintenance, etc. They promised an online portal for monthly rent payments which has gone nowhere, and do not cash the paper checks we send each month (due on the 1st) until at least halfway through the month. There is 0 accountability or... follow through. It would be hard to recommend living here unless a new management company took over and made some drastic changes. Extremely unprofessional and frankly unacceptable

Immediately no.
The initial management company after I moved in was great, however, they have turned over management several times since and things have gone drastically downhill. Management is very difficult to get a hold of (particularly Vanessa); often nonresponsive and takes several attempts (email, phone, etc.) for anyone to get back to you. Once you finally get in touch with someone, they don't follow through on the maintance request/plans made over the phone. You have no control over the temperature... in your apartment. It is heated via boiler and you are provided one ill-working window AC unit. The upkeep is very poor (entryway, landscaping, etc.). The renovations they did a few years ago look good on the surface, however, things break very easily requiring frequent maintance. They brand themselves as luxury apartments but overall, not worth the money given the hassle and lack of amenities. Laundry may not in your building and costs money to use. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone.

Nice Place. Bad Owner.
As stated by others the area is nice and quiet, there is wild life around all the time, and the apartments are in satisfactory condition. The only problems I had were with how it was run. I moved in 10 days late due to communication issues between management, maintenance, and the owner. Due to the removal of the management company the staff is way to overworked and they don't have enough people to run the place properly. The office is empty and no one is there unless you set up an appointment,... but you can't seem to get any one on the phone to set up any appointments. When moving out I had to call multiple times and left multiple messages and got no responses. When I finally did I got told to call another number for maintenance for which they did answer, though on move out day they were over 20 minutes late due to the fact they "forgot" about the appointment. Overall it would be a great place to live if they just got more staff to handle the place correctly.

The apt complex is in a good location and is surrounded by a scenic wooded area. The apartments themselves are fairly nice. Ours even has a balcony and dishwasher. However repairs sometimes takes a long time to be completed and the outside areas are not always up kept. New maintenance will be starting here soon so hopefully these areas will improve
