Pros and Cons for Working Individuals

Pros:
- Newly renovated aesthetic apartment, with new appliances
- Great management, very responsive and shovel the drive way immediately
- New gym in the building (Decent cardio equipment and some weights, no barbells. Overall get's the job done)
- The location is close to the major free-ways

Cons:
- Biggest con for me is also the location. This apartment is located on one of busiest streets in town (next to all the clubs and bars). The apartments have many big windows that let in natural...
light which is great. However, they are paper thin. I had to invest in heavy duty ear plugs to get a decent night of sleep here. I recommend taking this into consideration if you're a working individual.
- Half of the building is rented to commercial businesses.
- There is no garbage shoot. You will need to walk all your garbage and recycling to the back of the parking lot.

Hope this helps in your apartment selection process!

Garbage!

Avoid at all costs. Tons of theft and crime but no security cameras. Apartments are old with many issues and very cheap construction despite looking brand new. Maintenance is essentially useless. Management is rarely ever helpful. Amenities they offer are all very poorly done and only exist so that they can crank the rents even higher. Way overpriced. Do not live here
