Cheap apartment is about the only good thing to say about this dump. Landlord will keep deposit even if you’re a model tenant. If you like flushing first and last down the drain this is a great place to burn your hard earned money.

I would not recommend these apartments
I would not recommend these apartments due to several concerning factors. First, there are notable code violations in many of the buildings, which raises concerns about the health and safety of the tenants. Additionally, the rent increases are unreasonable and non-negotiable. When inquiring about the reasons behind these increases, the response received was unhelpful and dismissive. Furthermore, the overall quality of life and property value have shown little improvement over time. Despite... recent efforts to pave the parking lot, it has already begun to deteriorate. Moreover, the laundromat consistently lacks cleanliness.
Another issue is the mishandling of rent payments. On multiple occasions, the management claimed that payments were lost or not received, leading to additional payment requests. However, after challenging these requests, the original payments were mysteriously located. Such mishandling of payments is a cause for concern and inconvenience.
Considering these objective observations, I believe this is not a suitable place to live, as it raises both financial and physical well-being concerns.
