I have lived here for one year with my husband and our large dog. We have had a fantastic experience here. The interiors of these apartments are all recently renovated and beautiful. The building itself is a renovated school, so we have large windows with lots of natural light. The maintenance worker, Will, is so friendly and very efficient. The cleaning staff, Property Manger (Dave) and Office Manager (Sarah) are very warm and personable. They are always willing to answer questions or have a... friendly conversation. The location is Schenectady, so take it what you will, there has been some disputes in the homes across the streets, but nothing caused or having to do with Draper Lofts. Our apartment is very quiet, which is a huge plus. Always plenty of parking. Multiple laundry/dryer rooms throughout the building which is also convenient. Super happy here and would recommend to anyone!
