the pool hasn't been in operation the last 3 years- bushes aren't trimmed- gutters are clogged- laundry must be done in office area

Hi, we appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear about your concerns. Per our records, the pool was open for a brief period last year but was unfortunately closed by the health department due to a minor issue. We're actively working on trimming... the trees and bushes after a contract issue with our landscaping team and have recently had the laundry machines repaired and upgraded to a new system. If there are any specific issues like clogged gutters, please submit a work order so we can address them promptly. Wishing you the best!

Ehh...
The apartment I stayed in was nice, management was somewhat responsive when I emailed them but not all the time. Maintenance is great! They need a raise. The thing I hated the most was the pool hasn't been opened for 3 years yet you are paying a fee for it. Not ok. Garbage all over the place, new management needed for sure.

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT
First of all, the management doesn’t answer calls or emails. They are inconsiderate and money hungry and don’t care about their tenants.
