Amenities include outdoor balconies for 1st and 2nd floor units, coin laundry in basement, off street parking lot, trash... removal. Landlord is easy to contact, lives nearby, and generally fixes issues same day reported. Units are spacious, with large kitchens and sweeping counter space that adjoins the living room for excellent entertaining. The master bedrooms are quite large, while the second bedroom is still large enough for a queen bed to not make the room feel cramped. Bathrooms are roomy with full tubs.
