Warren Street, Syracuse, offers larger micro-lofts, 1 bedroom and multi-bedroom lofts, with different levels of furnishing available. With all living spaces located along the perimeter, each tenant is guaranteed a window and natural light. Common spaces are appointed with many comfortable seating areas to accommodate spontaneous discussions and casual gatherings. The top two floors of CS Warren are pet friendly. CS Jefferson, 201 E. Jefferson Street in Syracuse, offers 21 individual micro-lofts split between 2 floors. Residents have access to shared spaces on both floors for a balance of private living space, common areas, and shared services. With all living spaces located along the perimeter, each tenant is guaranteed a window and an abundance of natural light. Common spaces are appointed with many comfortable seating areas to accommodate spontaneous discussions and casual gatherings. Pets are not permitted at CS Jefferson. CS Montgomery, located at 320 Montgomery Street in Syracuse, is perfect for anyone who wants all the social perks of living in a connected neighborhood, but desires a little more private space. Located in a former masonic lodge, each of the 31 large 1 and 2 bedroom apartments are a little different. Some even have the original dais right in your living room! The highly detailed original custom plaster work lines many of the corridors and makes an appearance in several rooms. CS Montgomery is a pet friendly building. Commonspace Work is housed on the lower floors of our CS Jefferson & CS Warren buildings. CS Work offers coworking space, conference rooms and private offices. Very nice apartments!

I have really enjoyed living in Commonspace Warren. The appliances in the apartment are all new, and it is such a fun environment to live in. The neighbors are all friendly, and management is very kind and helpful. The area is also great- within walking distance of everything downtown, including many restaurants. The view outside my window was also really nice.
