Doris is a great property manager. Make sure you ask for her. My apartment is spacious and very comfortable. Maintenance and Staff are on point, very helpful and always around. Neighborhood is great, a lot of what you need will be within reach!!

We were coming from out of town. Since day one, everyone from the staff made sure they could find ways to accommodate us settling in, and throughout the time living there, the staff became friends and so supportive of everything.
The building is also at a prime location downtown. Everything is near, and everything you may need on a daily basis can be found at a walking distance.

We made so many beautiful memories.

Love this place! Just signed lease going into third year in same apartment. Walking distance to lots of downtown/Armory Square restaurants. Very short walking distance to the library, Landmark Theater, Red House Theater, and the Syracuse Orchestra.
Underground parking means no snow shoveling nor window scraping on cold mornings.
Management and staff are friendly, responsive, and helpful.

We have loved our stay at Deys. This building is very safe & secure. We use the gym membership daily and enjoy working with the doormen for everything from rides to the airport to package deliveries. Management keeps us well informed and has not missed a beat with any issue in our apartment. We just renewed our lease for another year. Fantastic place to live!!

I can’t say enough about this building. From the moment you walk in you’re greeted with friendly people who care about you.. I have the manager on speed dial and was not afraid to use it! Lots of space in my apartment & it’s very quiet & peaceful. Overall we had a great time @ Deys! Definitely worth seeing if you’re in the market! Will miss this place.
