I lived here for a few years and ended up moving because rent kept increasing but the amenities (basically nothing. No laundry in unit and no gym) were subpar compared to newer lofts at similar price points. All the maintenance people are super nice and helpful for the most part! But there would be times in the winter where parts of the parking lot weren’t plowed until late day and I had to shovel my car out. There was also an ongoing leak through out the apartment which made them had to enter... my apartment frequently and became pretty annoying. The main thing that really bothered me was there was an incident where they never gave me notice they were going to enter my apartment and I’m a pretty heavy sleeper and didn’t wake until they had already entered my apartment. I was naked and asleep and it was extremely frightening. In the end they also tried to make me pay for an extra month of rent. I’d say if they’ll give you a good deal to go for it but otherwise look elsewhere!
