The resident experience is great. Rooms are spacious and own room is big. Lots of amenities throughout the building. Close enough to campus where you can walk.

The space is very nice but my apartment is cold and I can’t figure out how to turn the heat up. It’s frustrating that there are no drawers in the kitchen or bathroom and there isn’t enough on the kitchen counters

Not worth the price. Parking is packed because people without a parking pass park in the garage and don’t get towed. No vents in the bathroom so condensation drips down the walls. No toilet seat cover. Everything is cheaply built. Bus is not reliable.

I absolutely love how well-maintained the apartment is. The attention to cleanliness and upkeep is apparent, and it makes living here feel comfortable and stress-free. Every part of the building is always in excellent condition, from the common areas to the individual units. Beyond that, the management team is amazing. I thought that the experience was very smooth and easy to complete. The people at the 505 were very responsive. The only hard part was linking my roomates and I together.
