The apartment complex is okay, staff is friendly and the experience is good mostly. Walls are thin but so is everywhere else really. They have cameras but my friend got a package stolen and the staff basically never investigated because they didn't have access to the camera footage...? They never found who took the package even though there are cameras literally everywhere. So in terms of safety, it's debatable.

Sometimes it is noisy, but I love my unit and the building is very nice. The courtyard is a great amenity and I wouldn't be able to manage without the shuttle service to campus! With everything that is included, I think the rent is worth it.

Great amenities, friendly staff and QUIET. Have not had an issue with any of my neighbors the whole year. For a new construction, the building is sound and noise reducing.

I absolutely loved living at this apartment complex! The community is well-maintained, peaceful, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly and always quick to address any maintenance requests or concerns. The amenities are fantastic, including a fitness center, pool, and lounge areas that made it easy to relax and socialize. The location is super convenient, close to shopping, dining, and public transportation, which made my day-to-day life much easier. My apartment was... spacious, modern, and felt like home from day one. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great living experience!

The laurel is a very nice apartment with its amenities but sometimes the roof terrace isn’t open at night and I don’t know if there’s a sign up or time limit
