Great for College Students
For college students and first-time renters, this is really a fantastic apartment. Living here for the past year has been wonderful! The management is pleasant and helpful. Le Moyne College is around ten minutes away and Syracuse University is only a few miles away. Many locations in Syracuse's downtown are also close by. The management has never made it difficult for me to contact them and get my questions resolved. All of the neighbors are great and quiet. It has several amenities and is fully... furnished. I definitely suggest renting here!

Great Apartment for College Students
This apartment is so close to the SU campus and about 10 minutes from the Le Moyne campus. It's a great price, has so many amenities, and is fully furnished! I've had a great experience living here and all the staff are very friendly and helpful! I highly recommend University Townhouses for first-time renters and students!

Amazing Apartments!
University Townhouses is an amazing place to live! The apartments are fully furnished and super cute! Management is amazing and super helpful. The area is a perfect distance to everything in Syracuse. I have been living here for almost a year now, and I can confidently say this is a great place to stay!!

Great pricing for a place that feels just like home!!!
If you are looking rent somewhere that feels just like home then University Townhouses is you. Hannah the property manager is very respectful whenever we have addressed any issues with the house which is great when renting!!!

Excellent Apartment for Young Professionals/Graduate Students
I can not speak highly enough of University Townhouses. My experience with them as a single renter has been excellent. They matched me with great roommates and made the move in experience a breeze. The many amenities, including free Wi-Fi, trash removal and snow removal are all wonderful, and the apartment is one of the best I have ever lived in.
