poor experience

Would not recommend to anyone!! Office staff are very difficult and frustrating to work with as well as unorganized. Often would receive information that was incorrect. Overall would not recommend looking at Belmont Ridge.

Previous Tenant

I recently had to move out of my apartment, due to my new pet. I understand landlords charge more for pets due to the damage that they may cause, but the property manager said that all pets must be declawed. Ever since NY banned declawing last year, I would have had to go out of state to get the "procedure" done(Not that i would). The apartment looked nice and is a good place to stay if you don't mind listening to your neighbors. Any issues you may have are always quick to be resolved/responded... to. Two Stars.

Hello! Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We do not recall anyone moving due to our pet policy, and have not required declawing in quite some time. We are sorry to hear that you have already moved, but please feel free to reach out to our... Property Manager if you would like to discuss this further. Thank you!

I'm going on my 2nd year living here at Belmont and I'm enjoying it. Holly is very nice to work with along with Bruce who takes care of the maintenance. This guy is on top of things to the max. You really couldn't ask for a better guy to assist with routine maintenance. It's one of the reasons why I enjoy living here because I know he'll answer ASAP to anything.

Old Tenant

I lived there for two years before I bought a house. I lived on the second floor, didn't find it being any other louder than any apartment living, I have been in. The property is really taken care of, the Property Manager and Maintenance guy (Bruce) are very polite and courteous. The Maintenance is always on the property taking care of things. If I didn't buy a house, I would still be there at this apartment. It is a beautiful, clean and very well kept up.

suggestion to rent third floor because if you rent basement or second floors, you WILL deal with people, dogs, kids all walking above you on floors that share every single touch, step, movement which amplifies below. It's difficult sometimes to hear each other speak and hate to say have to have tv turned up louder than usual due to the noise. They have redone many apartments and put down some type of wood or laminate but probably should have put new wood beams, luan or some type strengthening... in before making them cosmetically nice to look at. I know these apartments have been here a long long time Cosmetics are nice but structure and sound proof better first. Third floor or no floor - it's really bad.
