One of The First

I was one of the first to rent a unit in the cotton mill building. I have been here two years and I love my unit the open airiness of the loft, the big windows in the units and its centrally located downtown. Laura has been a big help in the building and also arranging meet and greet your neighbors.

Poor maintenance

The appliances break down often and it will take months and multiple complaints to have repairs made. The property management will say that the appliances that you pay for are "luxury" and refuse to fix them in a timely manner. Beware that if you require AC, Dishwasher, in unit laundry, refrigerator, and stoves that they may break and it'll take over 90 days for repairs to be made.
